All orders must be paid in advance using available payment methods on our website.
Parcel Opening Video Requirement
To be eligible for any refund or replacement, customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.

The video must show
The sealed package
The shipping label
The product being taken out clearly
No refund or replacement will be processed without an unedited parcel opening video.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We offer a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:-
The product received is damaged
The product is defective
The wrong product is delivered
Once the issue is verified through the parcel opening video and evidence, we will proceed with a replacement.

Replacement Process
Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel
After verification, the product will be replaced, not refunded in cash
Replacement processing time depends on product availability

Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Items
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:-
No parcel opening video is provided
The product is damaged due to misuse
The product is opened, used, or altered
The issue is reported after 7 days

Final Decision
All refund and replacement requests are subject to verification.
Our decision after review will be final.
